Serendipity Gardens with Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School {event}

Imagine sketching in your sketch book or painting on your easel in a relaxed setting with many other artists. Music plays as the models pose in amazing costumes in fun scenes right in front of your seat. No one judges your art, everyone goes at their own pace and everyone learns from each other. That is what Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School is all about.

Set at the Serenditpity Garden Estate in La Jolla, we filmed a garden party hosted by the event organizer, Nikki. It was unlike anything we’ve participated in before and we were inspired to grab a pencil and draw!

San Diego Sweet 16 Party

I don’t remember having a big party for my Sweet 16. Now days, they are fun, elaborate events taking place in hotels and ballrooms across all of San Diego. When we were asked to film the Sweet 16 Party for Lara at the Bahia Resort, we channeled our inner teenager and got ready for some fun. What a great idea to hire a someone to film the event! We discovered we really like filming birthday parties and would jump at the chance to do it again.

Lara loves pink, so the the decor was fushia. Uplights, a personalized cake, frames for favors, salsa dancers performing and a dessert bar were main attractions. Let’s not forget the dancing next to the video screen that played scenes from music videos.

Los Willows Fallbrook Wedding – Jamie & Robert {highlights}

Doesn’t every little girl dream of getting married in a beautiful garden setting complete with a lake and a processional by boat? Jaime & Robert’s dream came true as they wed in Fallbrook at Los Willows Private Estate & Wedding Venue. It was perfect! Tons of trees and flowers perfectly manicured. An outdoor ceremony in front of the gazebo. An entrance and exit by boat and the lake. Just perfect.

This wedding was special to us because it was our second wedding we’ve filmed for the family. It is always nice to be referred again and to see familiar faces. We already felt like part of the gang.
